Our world of work has evolved, but leadership approaches have failed to keep pace. Workers are experiencing unprecedented professional challenges, and their unspoken needs are threatening their performance, intent to stay, and well-being. Leadership is well positioned to build a bridge between the worker and the work, but a successful approach requires us to move beyond our outdated assumptions and practices. Matt’s simple-yet-powerful framework integrates Western leadership and Eastern philosophy to produce a novel, human-centric roadmap for individuals, teams, and organizations.
