On Friday May 26th at 8 AM AND Monday June 5th at 4 PM, HR Leadership Group is hosting virtual conversations to provide an update on who HRLG is and is becoming. As president, I invite you to join us and share your reflections, perspectives, and experiences as HR professionals and leaders of people.
Since the onset of Covid in 2020, our world has transformed significantly and so has the HR Leadership Group, both as an organization and as a community. To help us better understand the nature of that change, the HRLG board initiated a persona process to surface the current and emerging perspectives, experiences, needs, and aspirations of our member community. This led to an expanded sense of who HRLG is and is becoming. It affirmed our need to redefine our identity to better reflect the changing face of our organization and HR as a profession. It also affirmed that, as an organization, our motivation is service: meaningfully serving those whose charge and passion is leading and developing people - the people who build vibrant cultures and high performing organizations. For HRLG, change is a co-creative process of including and transcending: including and building on our deep roots in HR and transcending so we can evolve and remain relevant and of value.
